By booking a service through Pro Appliance, you agree to pay a non-refundable callout fee of R350. This fee covers the technician's travel and diagnostic time. If you proceed with the repair, this amount will be deducted from your final bill.
Important: Pro Appliance and its assigned technicians are not liable for any non-gadget/appliance incidents occurring at the client’s premises.
This includes, but is not limited to, damage to flooring, walls, plumbing fixtures, or other household items not directly part of the appliance being serviced. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a safe and clear workspace for the technician.

To ensure the highest quality of work, Pro Appliance operates on a 30-day escrow system:
All successful repairs come with a general 6-month workmanship guarantee. This guarantee covers the specific repair performed. It does not cover new faults that develop post-repair or damage caused by power surges/user negligence.
All payments must be made directly to the Pro Appliance platform. Technicians are not authorized to accept private cash payments for the balance of the repair. Payments made outside our platform are not covered by our 30-day escrow or 6-month guarantee.
